Classes are placed in categories according to my interpretations, which are subjective. They are also placed in inadequate categories because of my current lack of motivation to produce a multi-category method of organizing this data (such as tables, a database, etc). I would’ve liked to add classes that are more specific (Blackguard, Pale Master, and Dread Lord), but I suspect they are copyrighted. If anything on this list is wrongfully used, let me know. If you have any class suggestions that you are certain can be used legitimately, leave a comment. Keep in mind that I will not add everything. For instance, I’m not going to add Shadow Knight, Blood Knight, Dark Knight, etc. I’d have to use the prefixes again for almost every class. I only used prefixes for classes I feel have entered into standard usage within fantasy.

This is a javascript program (I think, I’m not sure what qualifies as a program). It contains a list of gemstones and gemstone-related terms and provides you with a random result when you click the “Magic” button. I’m working on figuring out how to center the magic button under the form (even as the form is expanded or shrunk). If you have any secrets about how to do such things, let me know.

Who could use such a program? Drawing a picture of a royal banquet. Perhaps they need some gemstone to represent their house? Is your adventurer finding a magical stone as part of a quest? What stone shall it be? There are plenty of possibilities for even things that seem quite dull. I hope someone gets some use out of it.

This program contains a lot of terms I would never use because they are too obscure, sound terrible, or have some other problem associated with them. In the future, it’s possible that I’ll be constructing a second version of this program that contains only those terms that I deem as having “passed the coolness test,” which is essentially my subjective judgment. For instance, it’s highly likely I would eliminate “clinohumite” from such a list. Anyway, enjoy!

This is a website using WordPress as a CMS (content management system). I’m learning Web Design and Computer Programming as a hobby, and I’m also interested in writing and other creative activities. I’ve always had a strange interest in the categorization of data (I simulated NHL hockey seasons on paper as a child, with the family dog being a surprisingly good forward. Enough about me. The site is intended to provide resources that people might use for creative purposes (or any other purpose, for that matter). If you have any suggestions, requests, or comments, let me know in the comments section.

If you have something you’d like featured on the site, let me know. I’ll be happy to post it along with a reference to your page as the origin of the content. I have no problem with you using my content if you reference this source. If you feel I have illegitimately utilized your content, please let me know. I will do my best to avoid this, but things can get complicated. For instance, did you know dictionary definitions can be copyrighted? I think that’s crazy, myself. But standing on a soapbox just makes me likely to slip and hurt myself. So I’ll stop here,
